1. Manage Data Quality and Functional Requirements teams for assigned products, ensuring efficient data management and effective functional requirements implementation.
2. Supervise business analytic teams supporting multiple systems, allocating work, managing budgets, evaluating performance, compensating employees, staffing, and performing other duties as assigned.
3. Provide technical leadership on complex projects, guiding development and implementation processes while ensuring adherence to essential procedures.
4. Identify, analyze, and interpret data to meet business requirements, facilitating data-driven development and resolution of data issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in similar roles across banking or services technology
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Experience with databases, SQL, and BI tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for partnering and influencing across organizational lines
- Proven analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
