Business Analytics Lead Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Business Analytics Lead Analyst for its New York, New York location.Duties : Prepare and advocate for client-level applications of capital-investment programs, in conjunction with Treasury and Trade Solutions (“TTS”) and Banking partners, as well as navigating and advising on the approval process. Conduct monthly client review calls, track performance of low yielding assets, and provide timely data insights on progress for the asset optimization program. Implement an accountability framework for capital investments, ensuring that eligible assets are being used to retain and increase cross-sell. Ensure renewal of benefits considering cross-sell track record. Renew capital-investment programs as needed. Prepare proposals for enhanced and centralized TTS participation in Institutional Clients Group’s capital strategy. Provide guidance and insight on key strategic ad-hoc related programs (value of the Citi Commercial Bank’ portfolio in Trade). Ensure an effective and efficient use of Trade’s balance sheet with the goal of improving return on capital measures for TTS. Organize efforts to remediate missing client-level capital inputs, to reduce Risk Weighted Assets (“RWA”), including guarantee status, invalid or generic client unique code, and maturities. A telecommuting / hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.Requirements : Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Actuarial Sciences, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field and 3 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Financial Management Associate, Financial Consultant, Management Consultant, Business Analyst, Balance Sheet Analyst or related position involving data and business analytics in a financial domain. 3 years of experience must include : Financial Planning and Analysis; Project Management; Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Banking solutions and products, including cash management, trade products, foreign exchange, commodities, fixed income, loans (syndicated, bilateral), and capital market products; MS Visual Basic, Python; Data Visualization tools (MS PowerBI, Tableau); RWA; and CCAR stress test modelling.
