Role Description
The Credit Risk and Control Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that all lending activities are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures. This includes analyzing and preparing complex control metrics and portfolio analyses, assessing data quality, remedying data issues, and managing strategic projects in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and prepare time-sensitive key Control Reports, Portfolio Monitoring Reports, KRI/KPI metrics, and presentations for WCM Portfolio managers and Product managers.
• Work with multiple teams, including Underwriting, Technology, Operations, Risk Management, Data Governance, Finance, and Regulatory Reporting teams, to ensure reporting requirements are developed, implemented, and executed as needed for WCM Wholesale and Retail portfolios.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, including the ability to identify, escalate, propose, and execute solutions to complex problems.
