- Vice President, ThankYou Rewards Delivery
- is positioned within Proprietary Product Management New Product Development organization and will support Citi ThankYou Rewards, a loyalty program that delivers strong value for our customers across the U.S. Consumer Bank. This role is responsible for liaising with Product teams to deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
This position is best suited for someone seeking to directly influence the expansion of the program and improve the day-to-day customer experience; ThankYou Rewards is a fast-paced environment and the person in this role should be highly organized and comfortable working through ambiguity and change. This person will work with technology teams to support functional changes and will benefit from having the ability to bridge gaps between business needs and technical requirements.
It is preferred that the successful candidate have prior experience with delivering tech enhancements in customer-facing applications and experience with relationship management. This role is ideal for someone with an innovative mindset and real-world experience distilling business value and goals into roadmaps and refined product backlogs. Most importantly, you will be integral to helping us build better products that people love to use.
