As a Senior Software Systems Architect at Citigroup, your primary responsibilities will include participating in architecture governance bodies, providing technical leadership to teams of software engineers/analysts, ensuring application design aligns with Citi's architectural guidelines, executing creative architecture solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting, and identifying opportunities to eliminate or automate recurring issues.
About You:
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability for data delivery architectures
• Full-stack developer with 6 years of experience in designing and developing robust applications
• Advanced knowledge of architecture and programming languages
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
• Experience with Agile software development processes
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like JIRA, Synk, SONAR, Checkmarx etc
• Deep understanding of JVM internals
• Ability to evaluate design trade-offs and document choices effectively
