Full Stack Engineering Manager

Role Overview
The Senior Cloud Application Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust cloud-based applications using full stack technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and implement robust cloud-based applications using full stack technologies
2. Work closely with key technology SMEs to address business architecture requirements
3. Manage multiple teams of professionals to accomplish established goals
4. Drive the design and development of solution with close collaboration from solution architecture, key business stakeholders, and enhance the quality of deliverables
5. Ensure adherence to policy and procedures throughout SDLC (Agile practice)
6. Meet with stakeholders, program sponsors, and First & Second line of defense (LODs) to define end-to-end business process, define high level scope and roadmap, and other operational requirements

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in enterprise application development with full stack technologies
• Proven hands-on experience in Java, JEE, Streaming, API, Microservices, Containerization, and UX/UI tools such as Angular JS/React
• Strong fundamentals in programming languages, data structures & algorithms
• Excellent can-do attitude, problem-solving, creativity skills with good critical thinking
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
