We’ll enable growth and progress together.Do you want to be part of an exciting work environment of securing the applications by providing various authentication types that gives business a competitive edge?We are looking for L3 Authentications Support Engineer to integrate the different flavor of web / mobile applications with the cutting-edge Authentication ProductsLevel 3 Authentications Support Engineer-Job is customer facing and the Analyst will be primarily responsible for interacting with the application clients to understand their business requirement and provide them the proper authentication solution.- will be reporting to the Global Sec Ops Operations manager, should have the good communication and leadership skills- Will be responsible for integrating the applications with the authentication products, troubleshooting, documenting, and work with the business in all the phases (Development / Staging / Production)- Should be a quick learner and independently take care of the task till closure without any hand holding- Should adopt to the 24 / 7 operational infrastructure support model and extend the help during off hours if needed- Should be capable of multitasking and work diligently under pressureMUST have skillsSME knowledge on the Single Sign On (SSO) products with the web agent configuration experienceSME knowledge on the LDAP products i.e, ODSEE (Sun One LDAP) and Unbound DirectorySME knowledge on the SAML federation products for the various use cases like IDP / SP / WS / OAuth. etcShould have very good knowledge in the Unix and Red hat Linux operating systemsHands on troubleshooting experience with fiddler / IE http headerUnderstanding of the network related concepts like DNS / LB / TCP / DMZ. etcNice to have SkillsITIL / CISSP certificationCompliance and risk management experienceStrong communication (both writing and verbal) and critical thinking skillsQualifications : -4-5 years of demonstrated information security experience- Strong knowledge of software security for web and mobile applications- Understanding of Java based application and experience in writing test / use cases-Understanding of Software Development LiveCycle’s (SDLC)-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team member with minimal directionEducation Level- Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science or 4 year equivalent degree Job Family Group : Technology Job Family : Information Security Time Type : Full time Primary Location : Irving Texas United States Primary Location Full Time Salary Range : $125,760.00 - $188,640.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
