About the Role
The Senior Data Governance Lead will be responsible for orchestrating data governance within TTS Ops, including driving the effective implementation of the Citi Data Governance Policy (CDGP) and associated obligations. This involves engaging and coordinating with key stakeholders, SMEs, data stewards, data owners, technology owners, and TTS DGO to drive the execution of data controls and strategic data priorities.
- Engage and Coordinate with Key Stakeholders, SMEs, Data Stewards, Data Owners, Technology Owners, and TTS DGO to Drive the Execution of Data Controls and Strategic Data Priorities
- Develop and Execute Influencing Strategies to Build & Increase Buy-In and Business Leadership Support
- Provide Technical Expertise and Overall Expert Advice (Technical, Functional, Change Management, Linkage to Systems Redesign Efforts, etc.)
- Interface with Business, Key Stakeholders, Champions, & Data Quality Initiatives
- Proactively Communicate with Senior Leadership
- Identify Potential Re-Engineering and Standardization Opportunities for Data Maintenance and Utilization in Alignment with Regulatory and Management Needs
- Engage Senior Process Owners for Each Project, Locally or Globally as Required
- Define Business Cases and Gain Stakeholder Buy-In for Projects
