Citigroup is a leading global financial services company that seeks a seasoned Systems Analysis and Application Programming Expert to lead our technology initiatives.

**Responsibilities**

1. Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team
2. Collaborate with multiple management teams to ensure seamless integration of functions and identify necessary system enhancements
3. Lead the resolution of high-impact problems and projects by evaluating complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
4. Advise on application design and ensure adherence to the overall architecture blueprint

**Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred
• Relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
• Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications
