We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to help our H.R. department carry out all payroll procedures with speed and accuracy. Come join our team in our brand-new corporate office in West Hills, Ca.
Responsibilities and duties :
- Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees
- Review and audit timecards
- Efficiently process payroll by ensuring that we are complying with federal and state wage and hour laws. Prepare and transmit bi-weekly payroll
- Ensure employee payroll is processed accurately and timely
- Process garnishments and wage orders
- Update employee records with new hire information and / or changes in employment status
- Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
- Process employees’ inquiries and respond in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in payroll and labor legislation.
- Assists with processing terminations, when needed.
- Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
