We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our company systems accurately and efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle large volumes of information.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in the company’s database or software systems
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry, as well as identify and correct any discrepancies or errors
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity and security
- Generate reports, spreadsheets, or other documents as required by management
- Assist with organizing and filing physical and electronic documents
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed, such as answering phones
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certification is a plus)
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Familiarity with data management software or databases
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of office procedures and systems
- Experience with data entry in healthcare industry preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
