Position Summary:
The Front Desk Sales Associate is the first point of contact for customers, responsible for delivering exceptional service and driving sales at the front desk. This role combines customer service, administrative tasks, and sales techniques to support the smooth operation of the business while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Sales:
- Promote and upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide product demonstrations and recommend suitable offerings.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and bookings efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data.
- Handle transactions, including cash, credit, and electronic payments, with accuracy.
- Facility Maintenance:
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Restock brochures, forms, and promotional materials as needed.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to support overall business goals.
- Communicate feedback and insights from customers to management.
