Role Overview: Sales Executive
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and building strong relationships with clients and organizations, understanding their accommodation needs, and converting them into long-term partners.
The Sales Executive will also develop strategic partnerships with businesses, ensuring that Citisin becomes their go-to accommodation provider. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a passion for sales, relationship management, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Retention:
Proactively identify potential clients and companies who require flexible accommodation solutions.
Understand clients' needs, including the purpose of their visit, and present tailored accommodation options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and ensure their long-term loyalty.
Partnership Development:
Identify and engage with organizations whose employees, consultants, or associates regularly travel.
Build partnerships with these organizations to establish Flex Living as their go-to accommodation provider.
Collaborate with organizations to create customized housing packages or solutions that fit their unique requirements.
Property Bookings & Support:
Assist companies and individuals in booking properties, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
Act as a liaison between clients and the operations team to ensure their needs are met.
Reporting & Feedback:
Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Gather feedback from clients to improve services and identify areas for growth.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
