Position Overview
In this role, you’ll work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs, source and screen potential candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Our goal is to build strong, mission-driven teams, and we need someone who can help us identify and hire the right people efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending job offers and onboarding.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate and organized candidate records.
- Proactively source candidates through job postings, outreach, networking, and partnerships with community organizations.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers.
- Maintain compliance with hiring policies and procedures while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in high-volume recruitment for social services, security, operations, or related roles.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and hiring workflows.
- Strong ability to build relationships with Hiring Managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
Salary : $30 - $33
