Job Description
- Mandatory Skills
- AWS – EC2, S3, IAM,
- DevOps – Jenkins, BitBucket, Nexus,
- Microservice Architecture – Containerization
- Design of application architecture using appropriate technologies and with the right interfaces
- Ensure solution architecture aligns with best industry standards and practices
- Identify potential risks and mitigate them through proactive planning and design discussions
- Define integration ensuring seamless interoperability and data exchange
- Customer facing skills to drive discussions with senior client constituents regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management and risk mitigation.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
- Highly technical and analytical, with significant experience in IT implementation
- Deep hands-on experience leading the design, deployment, and management of scalable, highly available and fault tolerant business systems.
- Proven experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies required.
- Passionate about learning and be able to absorb new technologies quickly.
- Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (e.g., security, privacy, SOX, HIPPA etc.)
Technical Expectations
- Should have ability to provide architecture, solutioning and estimations.
- Understanding of Web Application development, REST API, Security OAuth2 and REST Authentication and Authorization
- Microservices - Understanding of architecture and development using platforms like Spring Cloud or Netflix, Containerization - Kubernetes, Docker, Messaging Queue – Kafka
- Experience on AWS Web Services, AWS EC2, Lambda, App Mesh etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements, drive discussions, design solutions and effectively present them to the client.
- Design architecture solutions, define infrastructure, DevOps and groom the team on best practices to deliver a high-quality product.
- Design, Deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems.
- Define and deliver technical engagements with partners and customers for understanding customer requirements, and proposing and delivering packaged offerings, and delivering custom solution engagements.
- Work with engineering teams to convey customer needs and feedback as input to technology roadmaps. Share real world implementation challenges and recommend new capabilities that would simplify adoption and drive greater value.
