What are the responsibilities and job description for the GROUNDS MAINTENANCE-TEAM LEAD position at Citizen Advocates, Inc.?
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
Coordinates the grounds maintenance contracts.
Essential Functions (Job Duties)
Supervises grounds maintenance of assigned accounts using proper commercial practices meeting the requirements of the contract.
- Repair grounds in spring, rake and dispose of leaves and debris. Fall clean-up of leaves.
- Supervise crew of consumers for the purpose of mowing accounts.
- Complete all paperwork to include timesheets, grounds logs, vehicle logs.
Maintain equipment in proper working order.
- Perform or have performed routine maintenance on all mowing equipment.
- Lawn debris and grass clippings will be disposed of appropriately
- Communicate to Clean Sweep Manager, either verbally or in writing, information or observations which will impede his/her in completing his/her assignment.
- Maintain work area to be in compliance with OSHA and safe practices.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, seasonal position.
Workweek schedule: Monday through Friday, occasional weekend
Hours of work: Flexible work Schedule- due to inclement weather or job demands, weekend work may be necessary
Hours and schedules may vary depending on Company need and workload. Employees will be given as much advance notice as possible when such changes occur.
Travel
TRAVEL TO AND FROM JOB LOCATIONS WITH AGENCY VEHICLE
Required Education and Experience
1. High school diploma and/or GED
2. Two years of commercial grounds maintenance experience and Two years of supervisory experience
3. Maintain company requirements for driving agency vehicles and POVs
