What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at CITIZEN CIDER LLC?
Description
Citizen Cider was founded in 2010 on a hunch and some good old-fashioned hard work. A wine salesman, a chemist, and a small farmer, all discontent for one reason or another, started fermenting test batches of hard cider in a basement on Pine Street. As it happens, they discovered that their ideas about hard cider translated into some pretty unique and interesting finished products. Our Tasting Room, located on Pine Street in Burlington's South End, is one of the few places in the country pouring such an extensive variety of ciders (which are crafted and packaged on-premise), in addition to a full lunch and dinner menu, and extensive retail packages. We rely on our staff to deliver an exceptional experience to all of our guests as they represent our brand's history, message, and ciders every day.
We're looking for a Part-Time Front of House Server and Support Staff (Host and Runner) to join us in our mission to bring cider to the people. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience (although we are always willing to train the right person), is enthusiastic to learn about cider fermentation and our various products, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can work well in a team setting. The schedule is flexible, although Sunday - Tuesday availability is a must with the option of picking up other shifts.
