The Citizen Cider Brand Ambassador role is responsible for representing Citizen Cider in various on-site events and tastings at accounts / venues throughout New Hampshire and / or Maine.

The Brand Ambassador works closely with the state manager to support on and off-premise tastings, samplings, and support for various events, including (but not limited to) : tastings, golf tournaments, beer festivals, pint nights, and / or promotions. The time investment is part-time and flexible. The region of coverage is flexible and based on the area of residence / work / commute (open to negotiation) within the states of New Hampshire and Maine.

Aside from the above, the Brand Ambassador should help improve our relationships and ways of working with accounts and be knowledgeable about the products and company. The Brand Ambassador position requires a responsible, self-motivated, and friendly person (able to talk to anyone) and willing to show up for all committed events.

Desirable candidates would reside in, or be willing to travel to, any of the following areas :

Eastern NH - Coastal region (Portsmouth, Dover, Seabrook, etc.)
Western NH - College areas (Hanover / Lebanon and / or Keene, etc.)
Northern NH - Mountain / Lakes regions (ski resorts, etc.)
Southern Maine - Portland and surrounding areas

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Represent and promote Citizen Cider in the market via samplings, tastings, festivals and / or events

Support and promote the brand in all ways, on or off the clock

Present brand values and build relationships with the public and all contacts at every account

Treat all account employees as valued stakeholders

Deliver a positive interaction with all stakeholders, both internal and external

Ensure proper brand presentation and maximize exposure in line with brand guidelines and direction from the state manager

Merchandise our products by facing cans and stocking shelves while in accounts

Responsibilities

Requirements :

Required Skills and Abilities

Must be 21

Love for the state of Vermont and it’s delicious craft cider

Experience in marketing and sales a plus

A self-starter and team player, always striving for the best solution and not the easiest

Flexible schedule – Available to work nights and weekends (especially Fridays from 3-5 or 4-6 pm)

Valid state driver’s license

Reliable transportation is required and a passion for driving is a plus

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent or related experience

Preferred Education and Experience

1-2 years of brand ambassador and / or marketing experience preferred

1 year of customer service experience preferred
