Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Bellman to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed and valued. As a Bellman, you will assist guests with their luggage, provide information about the hotel and surrounding area, and contribute to an overall positive experience during their stay.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Escort guests to their rooms, ensuring they are comfortable and settled.
• Maintain the lobby area by keeping it clean and organized.
• Assist with transportation arrangements for guests as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest services.
• Uphold the hotel's standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations.
• Experience in hotel or resort environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of phone systems and etiquette for effective communication.
• abilities are a plus to cater to diverse guests.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage positively with guests and team members.
• Ability to handle luggage safely and efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
