SUPERVISOR: Cash Office Manager
PAY RANGE: 12.00-$17.00 Per Hour
FSLA Non-Exempt
ALL FULL TIME POSITIONS: In addition to your pay, your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus family.
JOB SUMMARY: A cash office clerk shall assist in maintaining cash services as per company standard, responsible for the efficient expedition of all cash office functions in the cash office to include proper control of all cash and media materials in the store. Employee is not allowed to relay financial information outside the cash office. Additionally, may be asked to assist the customer care office in accomplishing our goal to provide outstanding customer care.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for verifying cash tills and securing monies during their shift.
- Responsible for immediately reporting any cash or media shortages to supervisor.
- Totally responsible for all funds in the cash office and ensuring an orderly transition to the next shift or business day.
- Responsible for the proper completion of deposits and ensuring that the funds are deposited by FDF cash handling policy.
- Ensure proper completion of the day sheet for FDF.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to process information and merchandise through computer system and POS register system.
- Ability to communicate with associates and customers.
- Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation.
- Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
- Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-50 pounds.
- Ability to work varied hours or days business dictates.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floors, stocks area, and register area.
- Ability to climb ladders.
- Sitting or standing for long periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping, good finger dexterity and feeling, frequent repetitive motions, talking, hearing, visual acuity, and climbing ladders.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform other duties and projects as required by management.

Normal grocery environment.
