JOB TITLE: Firelake Golf Marshal
ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT: Firelake Golf Course
SUPERVISOR: Director of FL Golf Course
SALARY RANGE: $9.00-$11.00
FLSA: Non-Exempt
JOB SUMMARY: A marshal patrols the golf course, trash detail, makes sure golfers are abiding by rules, checking for outside beverages and making sure slower groups allow faster groups to play through.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Monitor the pace of play to ensure it is consistent with the established golf course guidelines
· Communicate with groups to encourage timely play and adherence to pace of play standards
· Enforce golf course rules and policies to maintain order, safety, and etiquette on the golf course
· Address any violations or breaches of rules with professionalism and courtesy, providing educational guidance to players
· Conduct regular inspections of the golf course to identify potential hazards, maintenance needs, or issues affecting the playing experience
· Report any course maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution
· Maintain clear communication with the gold course management team regarding course conditions, player feedback, and incidents

· Perform other duties and projects as required by Administration and Management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
· H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Sitting or standing or walking at times; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, and stooping. Good finger dexterity and feeling. Frequent motions, talking and visual acuity.
· Frequent or Occasional lifting up to 75 pounds
WORKING CONDITIONS:
· Flexible hours ( Weekends, nights and holidays)
