JOB TITLE: Firelake Golf Course Maintenance
ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT: Firelake Golf
SUPERVISOR: Golf Superintendent
Pay Range: $10.00 - $12.00 hourly
FLSA: Non-Exempt
ALL FULL TIME POSITIONS: In addition to your pay, your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus family.
JOB SUMMARY: Maintaining grounds in perfect playing conditions
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Weed eating
· Trash detail
· Edge greens and bunkers
· Keep all areas clean and safe
· Perform laboring work to maintain grounds and turf to keeping them in perfect playing conditions
· Irrigation
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform other duties and projects as required by management
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Some bending and stretching
