JOB TITLE: Title VI Driver and Housekeeper
ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT: Title VI
SUPERVISOR: Title VI Coordinator
FLSA: Non-Exempt
SALARY: $9.00 to $14.00
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for cleaning the CPN Elder Center and kitchen, delivering Title VI lunches to home-bound Elders, occasionally transporting Elders to Title VI when needed, and helping with kitchen prep and other kitchen work as needed.
CPN Health Services personnel may be assigned to provide services to patients of all ages including but not limited to Indian Children and will require a criminal history background screening.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Home delivery of Title VI lunches
· Serving lunches & kitchen clean-up after lunches are served
· Preparing & maintaining kitchen to IHS inspection standards
· Keeping the CPN Elder Center clean and customer-ready at all times
· Stock, rotate stock, and basic inventory
· Assisting with food preparations and other kitchen work as necessary
· Provide friendly and courteous customer service
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform other duties and projects as required by management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
- Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Attend first available Servsafe class
- Must have basic math skills and cash handling skills
- Must have very good communication and written skills
- Ability to adjust recipes to fit dietary needs
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Sitting or standing or walking for long periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking hearing, and visual acuity
- Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Occasional lifting (up to 75 lbs)
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Normal kitchen and cafeteria conditions
