MANAGER, INTEGRATED DIGITAL STRATEGY
The Role
In this role, you’ll plan and execute our clients’ social & digital strategies in partnership with our Digital Strategy leadership and collaborate with various teams (Creative, PR, Brand, Strategy, etc) to extend brand key messages into digital. You’ll work directly with our North American team of digital strategists, intelligence and insights partners, and PR experts to ensure timely delivery of various digital marketing deliverables.
You’ll be responsible for developing, deploying, and monitoring social media & digital programs for your clients. This includes providing regular reports and analysis, while regularly relaying insights and feedback to the team to strengthen our work. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years experience in Digital, and are familiar (and interested in growing skills) in paid and owned brand communications (Inclusive of social media, CRM, digital, Search, Web and more). You’ll be successful in this role if you’re a self-starter who is collaborative, curious and eager to learn, working well with teams or independently and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine clients' digital or social media strategies with a focus on delivering measurable business impact through brand activities
- Facilitate and guide the paid and owned creative editorial process, ensuring the audience and objectives are always considered
- Lead project management for planning, reporting, content creation, calendarization, and channel management for clients
- Work closely with Account, Production and Digital teams to plan projects, develop the work plan and timeline, and provide counsel to clients and internal teams alike
- Develop and optimize tactics to deliver improved results through efficiencies, or elevated strategic counsel
- Monitor program performance, providing regular reports and analysis
- Proactively research, recommend, and execute new social media strategies and tactics
- Create and optimize campaigns with the support of the Digital leadership team
- Oversee Coordinators’ contributions to the accounts you serve
- Innovation in ways of working through AI
- Mentor and guide junior team members in developing their digital strategy skills

The salary for this position is $75,000-$90,000 annually depending on experience
