What are the responsibilities and job description for the Non-Emergency Ambulance Service Dispatcher position at Citizen's Ambulance Service Administration INC?
Hiring afternoon and night shift Dispatchers (11P-7A & 3P-11P) at the Citizens' Ambulance Service NEMT (Non-Emergency Medical Transportation) Center in Indiana PA. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE JOB. Duties include telephone intake and calling partner medical agencies to schedule requests for non-emergent medical transportation for patients to and from medical facilities by ambulance or medical transport van. Additional administrative tasks will also be assigned. Candidates must be able to work independently, be proficient and have experience using Windows-based computer software and navigating multiple monitors, and excellent telephone customer service skills. Candidates will be required to have experience providing excellent customer service in a busy environment, and the ability to multitask .A written test for speed and accuracy may be required as part of the interview process.
