This individual requires someone to get hands-on with potential customers, learning their needs, and build products that they love. This role requires someone with deep experience managing 0-1 enterprise products. Ideal background is in prior SaaS experience at a startup, or as a founder yourself.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic direction and execution of Citizen’s enterprise roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and achieving growth targets
- Lead business development efforts, actively engaging with potential customers to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and close strategic deals
- Establish a clear set of processes for account management and technical servicing to existing customers to ensure retention and high satisfaction
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and data science teams to evolve the citizen.com/enterprise product, ensuring the roadmap is completed on time and within Citizen’s high-quality standards
- Define and prioritize product features, create detailed product specifications, and oversee multi-month roadmaps to bring new solutions to market efficiently
- Mentor and lead a growing team
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field, or the equivalent experience
- Must be based in New York Area, Los Angeles, or San Francisco Bay
- 7 years experience total, with 2 years having enterprise software
- 2 years experience working in sales or business development
- Experience building multi-month roadmaps and product specification documents
- Experience improving existing businesses and building 0-1 products
