The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and confident person to join our Casework Team as a Financial Wellbeing Adviser, to assist in the provision of financial and general advice services to staff employed by Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust. You will ensure the effective delivery of digital advice services to clients across the Trust.
If you have caseworker experience within Financial Wellbeing, Debt & Welfare Rights, are passionate about supporting individuals and families in need and interested in joining a dedicated, professional team we would love to hear from you.

Applicants Need To Be
- Computer-literate, although training on our case recording systems will be given.
- Have the ability to commit to and work within the aims, principles and policies of the Citizens Advice service.
- Be an enthusiastic and dynamic team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and also be able to work independently.
- Have experience in casework within an advice setting.
- Be willing to work from a variety of settings including your own home as required.
- Having knowledge and experience of project working in a target led environment would be an advantage.
- Have access to a vehicle and be willing to travel.
