What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help to Claim Adviser position at Citizens Advice?
You will provide an effective and efficient service for first time Universal Credit claimants and deliver advice, information and digital support via face-to-face and digital channels, aimed at helping claimants through to their first payment.

Applicants Need To Be
- Computer-literate, although training on our case recording systems will be given.
- Able to show good communications skills, both written and verbal. These are essential in the role, as are excellent customer service skills with a non-judgemental approach.
- Knowledge of Universal Credit and the benefit system is desirable.
- Experience of providing remote advice from home.
- Confident in working to performance targets.
