Position Summary
As a Teller, you’ll be the face of our bank, assisting customers with a variety of financial transactions and delivering outstanding service. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple branch locations, stepping in where needed to support our team and ensure seamless service for our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers for retail and commercial accounts.
- Handle night deposits and daily Branch Capture operations.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance it daily according to bank procedures.
- Issue cashier’s checks, money orders, and prepare Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs).
- Operate coin machines and replenish/balance the ATM.
- Detect and report counterfeit currency and suspicious activity.
- Adhere to compliance policies, including BSA, and complete annual training.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of cash handling experience.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn job-related software.
- A commitment to excellence in customer service and the ability to effectively respond to inquiries.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work at various branch locations as needed.
