Citizens Bank of Kansas, a fourth-generation family-owned community bank has a career opportunity for a Branch Manager/Retail & Mortgage Lender in our West Wichita, Kansas branch. This team-oriented leader will play an important role in the continued growth and profitability of the branch.
Responsibilities include:
- Coaching, leading, and motivating the retail team towards individual, branch, and bank-wide goals
- Leading by example in providing superior customer service and follow-up, including developing, building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Coordinating the retail functions of the branch
- Develop new lending relationships
- Cultivate key relationships in the community
- Identifying and calling upon potential customers, both inside and outside of bank
- Promoting and fostering teamwork across all areas
We are seeking friendly, organized, self-motivated candidates with:
- Two or more years of banking and leadership/management experience preferred
- Lending experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Sales/relationship building experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Superior customer service abilities
- Positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Eye for detail
