What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Loan Assistant position at Citizens Bank of West Virginia?
The Commercial Loan Assistant will report directly to the Chief Lending Officer. The primary responsibilities of this position are to expedite closings of commercial loans by preparing all loan documentation from the approved credit summary; serve as liaison with legal counsel, borrower, and third-party vendors in ordering, coordinating receipt, and review of all required documents. This position will input loan data and ensure compliance of all loan documentation and other duties associated with same. Prior loan experience preferred.
