What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Center Specialist position at Citizens Bank of West Virginia?
The Customer Service Center Specialist is a versatile role that reports to the Customer Service Center Manager. This role’s primary responsibility is to provide superior customer experience while delivering results that align with building and retaining strong relationships in a virtual environment. This role is responsible for promoting personal and friendly interaction while ensuring a thorough and knowledgeable solution for the customer’s reason for contact. This role will act as the advocate for the customer and will take ownership of the end-to-end client experience.
EDUCATION AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Prefer a minimum of 2 years of retail banking experience.
- Must have prior computer experience using Microsoft Office products.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills. A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and can be of a personal or sensitive nature.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time. There may be some standing, walking, bending and carrying of light items in the course of the work.
