Our Floating Teller positions travel to our local tri-cities branches, providing world class service, while processing transactions and other customer service requests within the branch. Facilitates customer awareness and education of bank capabilities, tools, and resources. Supports the sales efforts of a branch team by identifying and referring sales opportunities to suit the customer’s needs

The essential functions of the position include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:
o Engaging customers in conversation to understand their banking needs and preferences
o Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
o Providing assistance with account servicing needs
o Facilitating customer awareness and education of bank services, including digital banking capabilities
o Introducing customers to other branch team members or bank partners who are able to provide solutions for their financial needs
Qualifications Required:
- High School Diploma or GED and 6 months customer service experience
- License or Certification Type: Must possess a valid driver's license. Position requires frequent driving to other offices, etc. Bank car not provided.
- Skill(s): Financial literacy, Knowledge of retail banking products and services
