What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Assistant position at Citizens Bank?
The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for facilitating the payroll process for our employees. This may include keying in paid time off, making time corrections, working in our payroll vendor software to process payroll biweekly.
This employee will provide administrative assistance to the Human Resources Director including tracking completion of training, filing, creating spreadsheets, making requested changes to the employee personal and employment information, updating benefit and tax changes, etc.
This employee will also be a backup to the Finance Department and assistance with reconciliations of account statements along with other responsibilities.
This job offer will be contingent on the candidate passing a drug screen, credit check and background check.
This employee must be able to work in person in Columbia, MS. This is not a virtual position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
