Description
As the Real Estate Ops Director, within Real Estate Operations, you will have the responsibility to oversee a team of Facility Managers responsible for all efforts to execute and deliver Facilities Management and Repairs and Maintenance for a geographical region within the Citizens Bank US-based properties.
In this role, you will coordinate colleague and business requested work orders utilizing the FAMIS 360 Work Order program, ensuring that your team members complete work in a timely and professional manner, prioritizing emergency and non-emergency service requests.
Primary responsibilities include :
- Directly manage, provide coordination and direction to a team of Facility Managers, Maintenance Technicians, and Janitorial Technicians, along with external vendors.
- Provide comprehensive facilities repairs, maintenance, and janitorial support, including complete interior and exterior building structure and grounds maintenance.
- Provide superior client service, coordinating communications between your team, upper REO management, and Retail Banking personnel. Build excellent customer relations between REO, Retail Banking, and all other Citizens internal teams.
- Hiring, training, mentoring, and developing a team of employees spread over a large geographical region.
- Ensure that your team is utilizing all HSE safety PPE and protocols regarding fleet, tools, and equipment.
- Identify areas for process improvements and work with internal teams for continuous development. Build efficient processes to effectively evaluate real estate needs in a timely manner.
- Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to budget accordingly.
- Achieve internal business unit and external client Key Performance Metrics.

The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $200,000 per year. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location and relevant skills and experience.
