JOB SUMMARY AND OBJECTIVE
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing accounting team. This individual will play a critical role in the preparation of accurate financial reports, maintaining general ledger accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This position will work closely with the Accounting Manager.

Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, strong mathematical, financial management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to analyze financial transactions.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform complex accounting tasks with accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel a must.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Access a plus.
- Excellent attention to details and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial team members.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
