Citizens Care and Rehabilitation located in Frederick County is seeking a Full Time Assistant Director of Nursing.
Qualified candidates must be a licensed Registered Nurse in good standing with the state of Maryland.
The Assistant Director of Nursing assists the Director of Nursing Services in directing the activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel who provide health care and nursing services to residents of the skilled nursing facility on a 24-hour, 7 day per week basis.

Requirements :
Previous sub-acute / long term care nursing with demonstrated competence in the clinical setting.
Experience in a management role.
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats.
