Duties
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Assist servers by bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and address any issues that may arise.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing empty plates and utensils.
- Help with food handling and preparation as needed, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable.
- Support catering events as required, assisting with setup and breakdown.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food service operations is a plus.
