Key Responsibilities:
- Manage system control files and run billing processes.
- Calculate and distribute contract power bills.
- Generate bills for net metering and community solar participants.
- Analyze billing data and communicate anomalies.
- Process service orders and make billing adjustments.
- Prepare reports and provide support to Member Services and other departments.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or business, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum two years in customer service, billing, or accounting.
