What You'll Do:
- Assist customers with daily banking transactions-accurately and professionally
- Suggest bank products that could benefit our customers' lives
- Troubleshoot customer questions and resolve concerns with top-notch customer service
- Balance your drawer and be able to problem-solve when offages come up
- Support branch operations like ATM balancing and scanning
- Manage safe deposit access, payments, and recordkeeping
- Support your team with various administrative tasks
- Rotate to nearby branch locations when needed
- Other duties as required
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of cash handling or customer-facing experience preferred (but not required)
- Friendly, positive attitude, enjoys working with others
- Detail-oriented with solid multitasking skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality

This position will begin through Express Employment for the first 500 hours worked, with the opportunity to be hired on directly by Citizens First Bank after that period.
