We are seeking a Deposit Operations Associate / Operations Specialist. A Deposit Operations Associate must be a team player who is supportive of the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of CIB. This position is responsible for providing a full range of professional, technical and general support for consumer and business customers, and other departments within the bank. The position requires a self-starter with the ability to exercise independent judgement. The incumbent will be organized and can multi-task with a sense of urgency to ensure critical daily deadlines are met.
The position requires exceptional customer service skills and consistently maintain a positive attitude. They work closely with customers, co-workers, and across departments. This requires that the incumbent have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
The incumbent for this position will need to think critically and be able to easily identify patterns of suspicious or fraudulent activity. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical to success in this role.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Act as primary point of contact for Online Services set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting for both consumer and business customers.
- Provide maintenance for consumer and business customers and handle other administrative duties as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the department.
- Provide support to customers and staff across various channels including, but not limited to, secure messaging, online banking, email, and phone.
- Process and perform maintenance on non-posted items, stop payments and holds.
- Monitor Online Services for fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Provide backup coverage for the Cash Management Specialist, including Cash Management implementation and maintenance.

Starting salary range : $22.00 - $28.00 depending on qualifications.
