POSITION OVERVIEW :
The Sr. Credit Analyst will assist with the underwriting of credit requests by preparing credit approval presentations which accurately assess the borrower’s credit risk. Analysis includes risk rating analysis, overall borrower analysis, guarantor cash flow analysis via assessment of personal financial statements and tax returns, cash flow analysis for both companies and commercial real estate, evaluations of financial statement metrics, and analysis of financial projections, as appropriate. Additionally, the incumbent will also be required to spread / analyze interim and year-end financial statements, as directed.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
- Prepare written credit approval presentations and annual reviews in a concise but complete format, identifying any major trends and concerns as needed.
- Work with the relationship managers to ensure timely completion of spreads for interim and year-end financial statements, personal financial statements, and tax returns as directed.
- Coordinate with the Chief Credit Officer to ensure timely completion of month-end reports as instructed.
- Assist with the administration of workout (AUW) credits including, but not limited to, completion of problem loan reports, documentation reviews, file, and collateral audits, as requested.
- As a member of the appraisal committee, candidate will order appraisals, conduct appraisal reviews, and internal real estate evaluations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS :
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret moderately complex financial documents. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information to management and respond to sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to define problems, collect data establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Employee may occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.

We are committed to providing salary ranges for all open positions. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
The starting salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000.
