Citizens Insurance Group is an Independent Insurance Agency representing over a dozen excellent insurance carriers. We are now looking for office help at our Kokomo location. Our team seeks an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service to our insurance companies and policyholders.
Responsibilities
Provide a positive customer experience.
Greet clients in the office and answer incoming calls.
There will be training on how to: service insurance policies, process payments, provide documentation to lienholders/mortgagees/certificate holders, present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork, and assist our clients through the claims process.
Track all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered. Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications and information.
Be able to work both independently as well as be a team player.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Previous customer service experience would be a plus
Must have computer skills
Excellent active listening, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to multitask, follow through, follow up, and take initiative
Insurance license not required to apply
Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
