What are the responsibilities and job description for the Athletic Trainer position at Citizens Memorial?
Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting a licensed Athletic Trainer to work with students at the Buffalo School District in Buffalo, Missouri.
Athletic Trainers work with area schools, physicians, nurses, coaches and school administration to coordinate proper care. Care will be provided at the school during the school year and the Rehab Department when school is out of session.
A Typical Day Will Include: completing medical evaluations, concussion management, primary injury care at athletic events, and rehabilitation of shoulders, arms, hands, necks, backs and legs.
This Position Is: Full-Time Evenings - 1pm to 9pm, 80 hours per pay period.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training
- Experience: New graduates welcome; 1 year of experience preferred
- Skills: Patient care
- Licensure/Certification: Licensed by the Missouri Board of Registration
