What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinic Manager position at Citizens Memorial?
Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking a Clinic Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals at the Ash Grove Family Medical Center in Ash Grove, Missouri. This clinic sees patients of all ages for a variety of illnesses, injuries and ailments.
A typical day will include: Overseeing and adjusting to maintain adequate staffing levels and an inventory of supplies to meet operational and patient-care needs, providing training, coaching, discipline, and performance reviews for clinic staff, ensuring staff competencies are updated and licenses are current, and assisting with community education efforts.
This position is: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Experience: Prior experience working in a clinical position in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Skills: Management, communication, teamwork
- Licensure/Certification: A current RN, LPN, or MA license is preferred. Consideration will be given to those without a license who have prior experience in a healthcare setting. Must be willing to learn to perform clinical duties to support clinic operations.
