DIRECTOR OF NURSING OPPORTUNITY!
Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation is recruiting a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our team of caregivers!
Job Summary: The director of Nursing develops, maintains, and assures that the following are performed to promote quality nursing care: operation/policies and procedures, quality improvement, supervision of staff, budget, education, employee selection/orientation, coordination, documentation, professional behavior, sets an example to other employees by professional attitude; behaves in a manner consistent with mission and objectives of CMH and performs other duties as assigned.
The position is: Full -Time
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors preferred
- Skills: Must have LTC experience, must have been RN for at least 5 years
- License: RN
