Job Description:
- Providing direct patient care in various hospital settings, including the Long Term Care unit
- Participating in bedside shift reports and receiving shift assignments
- Conducting assessments, administering medications, and coordinating patient care
You will have the opportunity to:

In order to be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Practical Nursing degree
- At least 1 year of long-term care experience
