Our 134-bed facility features two memory care units, providing a supportive and engaging environment for our residents. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and their families, while also developing your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
- This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, assistance with daily living activities, and basic wound care.
- As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will also contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean long-term care environment, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care.
Requirements
To succeed as a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- No prior experience is required; we offer comprehensive on-the-job training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, attention to detail, flexibility, and intrapersonal skills
You will also be required to obtain Certified Nurse Assistant Certification, which we can assist you in obtaining. Additionally, CPR Certification is necessary, and we can provide this if needed.
