We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation's Community Springs Healthcare Facility.
As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing individualized care to residents, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services. Your responsibilities will include safe medication administration, resident assessments, and monitoring changes in ADLs, all in accordance with federal and state regulations.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with residents and their families, developing trust and building strong relationships. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will contribute to the development of the resident Plan of Care, ensuring that each individual receives personalized attention and support.
This position is Full-time, Days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign care duties to nursing personnel consistent with their training and experience
- Administer medications safely
- Conduct resident assessments
- Monitor changes in ADLs
- Administer treatments and procedures per physician order
Requirements:
Education: Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree
