Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a certified Physical Therapy Assistant to join their dynamic team providing services to our Home Health patients to ease their recovery time and improve mobility.
Our philosophy is to care for those in need with an integrated plan that includes the physical, as well as mental, spiritual, and social needs of our patients. Our professional staff of therapists provides rehabilitation therapy for home-bound patients who otherwise might not receive medical attention.
A typical day will include: Traveling to the homes of patients to provide therapies aimed at improving mobility and recovery. Tasks may also include providing patients with directions on the use of rehabilitative devices and equipment, documenting patient care services, and updating patients' records with relevant and timely information.
This position is: Full-time Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, and covers a designated service area.

Job Requirements
- Education: Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with an Associates Degree
- Experience: New graduates welcome; 1 year of experience preferred
